We provide insights, analytics, recommendations, and tools to help you understand your audience and grow your presence on Threads. Our service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

Account Requirements

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use thrds.pro. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our platform
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service

Threads Integration

When you connect your Threads account to thrds.pro, you grant us permission to access your public Threads data for the purpose of providing analytics and insights. We comply with Threads' terms of service and API usage policies. You may disconnect your Threads account at any time from your account settings.

Subscription and Payment

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial purchase. Subsequent subscription renewals are non-refundable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.

Intellectual Property

The thrds.pro platform, including its design, features, code, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content and data, and we retain ownership of our platform and analytics. You grant us a license to use your data solely for providing and improving our services.

Limitation of Liability

thrds.pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless thrds.pro and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasons we deem necessary. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of thrds.pro after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in California.
